Thank you Thursday

Today say and feel "Thank you" in as many ways as you can. When you're on the phone or watching T.V., instead of doodling, write "Thank you". Say it in your head several times an hour. Say it out loud to everyone who does something for you {this should just come naturally}. If you're driving, say "Thank you" every time you stop.
These two words have a lot of power and all they need is you to release the power by expressing them.
