Good Feelings Friday

Today as you move through your day ,give all your attention to how you're feeling. Keep filling yourself up with good feelings. Fill your day with what ever makes you feel good. Listen to your favorite song, buy your favorite lunch, call a favorite friend. Do things that you love and that make you feel good. Be good to yourself.
