Today's card is "Transformation" from the Conscious Spirit oracle deck. Her message is,"I journey within to meet my higher self and to find true happiness." 

We live in a very material world, society leads us to believe that the more  possessions and external things we have, the happier we will be. Deep down, we all know that this is not true. Real happiness comes from within. Sometimes we're afraid to go within because we know that we all have a "dark" side. But by acknowledging and understanding our darker aspects as well as our "light" aspects we can really start to understand what we need to do to bring in real happiness. Many times it is your "shadow self" that gives you the courage to live in the light. 

So take some quiet time for yourself, meditate or listen to some relaxing music and try to connect with your higher self or spirit guides. Always remember to love and take care of yourself, you are very important!!!
